Matthew has years of experience as a direct lender in the commercial and multifamily real estate financing space. His tenure as an originator at Arbor Realty Trust allowed him to learn the ins-and-outs of sourcing, underwriting, and closing agency loans for multifamily and mixed-use properties nationwide. Matthew closed over $200,000,000 worth of agency loans while at Arbor. Matthew maintains strong relationships within the lending industry and has the knowledge and experience to get deals funded with the best possible terms. From intimate knowledge of agency rates, an understanding of possible waivers and underwriting criteria, Matthew can negotiate structures that will ensure value by offering a certainty of execution with these types of transactions.
Matthew grew up in Rockville Centre, NY and attended Chaminade High School ('07) in Mineola, NY. He earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing while minoring in Economics at The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. He currently resides in Merrick, NY with his wife, (Kelly) and son (Luke).
